All of us, Christians, must be well-versed with Physical and Spiritual body. The colder we are, the greater the need for focused exercise. Each one of us must choose to do Physical and Spiritual exercises for Physical and Spiritual fitness respectively. Physical Exercises meet our physical needs. Spiritual exercises though, meet both spiritual and physical needs. So, why not choose daily spiritual exercises for our spiritual and physical fitness? Bible Scholars have shared their knowledge, so that we all may be fit. While we watch for the 2nd coming of Christ, we can train ourselves, our children and grandchildren to grow spiritually, using available resources. Times have changed; we need not sit with one single Bible!! In these last days, let's get the most of our time. Go Online! Exercise everyday. Let Jesus Christ change our lives, as we submit to Him daily. Let's do Online Bible - all marvelously touching versions for our own good. “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” 1 Tim 4:8 (NLT)
