Emil Jebasingh on 1st May 1980 in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India, to pray for God's guidance to reach the listeners of Trans World Radio (TWR - Radio Vishwa Vani) and there the ministry was born. Vishwa Vani is a missionary organization in India. Vishwa Vani is a blessing to many.
